Week 4 Weigh-in and Goals


WEEK 3 GOALS (reviewed):

þ  Smaller dinners
þ  less "high IG" fruit
þ  snack smaller or smarter
þ  Use half the amount of sugar in my tea.
þ  No creamer
þ  Read up about The South Beach diet
þ  Find 2 new ways to eat veggies

1       Walk 2 miles or more a day

1  No sugar in my tea (splenda only)
1  Eat at set times (same time each day)
1  Eat at the table
1  Take 30+ minutes at meals, and 10+ minutes at snacks
1  Read to page 44 (Step 1) and pages 70-75, 86-87 from the Cooper Clinic book
1  Make a shopping list to fallow meal plan from book by Tuesday afternoon
1  Starting Wednesday, fallow the Cooper Clinic 14 day meal plan
