Week 3 Weigh-in and Goals


Week 3 Goals:


  1. Smaller dinners
  2. less "high IG" fruit
  3. snack smaller or smarter
  4. Use half the amount of sugar in my tea.
  5. Walk 2 miles or more a day
  6. No creamer
  7. Read up about The South Beach diet
  8. Find 2 new ways to eat veggies
