we have 8oz. of 2% milk, and a 100 calorie bag of popcorn. it was pretty good. the funny thing is at the end of each mini meal I'm full. but by the time the next 1 comes around I'm hungry again. so I wind up tasting it as if it's the best thing ever. I think that's a good thing. but I will still be taking a granola bar with me for my walk just in case.
